Why?
As founder, I started the company because I believe that companies need a different kind of support to get the best from their business and technology relationships. To elaborate:
Perspective
It's the nature of any business to be proactive. To be strategic in how they pre-emptively gain an edge, maximize their value and earn the right to influence destiny as a result.
The sum of business wisdom showing us that the more proactive teams are faster and better at adapting than others and are the aspiration for those that aren't (e.g., “we need to be more proactive”)
Thinking
The problem is when conflicting dynamics in the business make it hard for teams to do that, let alone get the best from those they're relying on to help them most.
A problem that across a 35 year career, I believe is at the root of any change agenda failing.
The question is how to make it easier to solve that problem?
Ambition
